Privacy Policy

Who we are

Konosa (“we”, “us”) provides scope and change-order record-keeping software for professional services firms. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

  • Marketing sign-ups: your email address, and the page or campaign you came from, when you join the design-partner list or request a resource.
  • Account data: name, email, organization, and the scope, requirement, and change-order data you enter when you use the app.
  • Acceptance records: when someone signs or accepts a requirement, we record the signer’s identity, timestamp, IP address, and a hash of the exact text they saw. That record is the evidence the product exists to produce.

How we use it

  • Deliver the resource or program you requested.
  • Send occasional product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
  • Provide, secure, and improve the Konosa service.

Legal basis

For marketing emails we rely on your consent, given when you submit your email. You may withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — e.g. our email provider and database/hosting infrastructure — under agreements that limit their use to providing those services.

Retention

We keep marketing-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Account data is kept for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterward. Acceptance records are kept for as long as your account exists so they stay usable as evidence; you can export them at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email us at brad@konosa.app.
